:) Quick and knowledgable staff. Parking out front possible. Prices were reasonable and selection is good. Current time was to buy a toilet to replace a very old one in our Spanish home which we have reformed into a Hostel. Staff helped with dimensions and directed us to the nearby Hardware store to buy a new fitting for the connection to the flush pipe and the toilet which they don't sell. Also, they directed us to purchase plumbers putty at the store as well to assist for trapping smells in addition to a caulk of silicone on final DIY emplacement. I bought some tiles that were spotless in the store, but when we installed them, we saw they were stained. I went back to the store, showed them the photos, and they agreed with me. They sent the manager to the site, and upon inspection, he confirmed that the tiles were defective. Even so, surprisingly, they refused to take responsibility and left me high and dry. Elsewhere, they resolve any issues. I will never buy from them again. Obviously, I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from them. TERRIBLE. A RIP-OFF.

The service was excellent and very professional. The prices are very competitive, and in addition to tiles, they also carry faucets, shower enclosures, and bathroom fixtures. The showroom is very comprehensive and includes bathroom simulations that are incredibly helpful for visualizing how everything will look. Highly recommended.
