On December 15th, I reported a problem with my Samsung washing machine. Although I contacted them several times to explain the urgency, they didn't come to diagnose the issue until January 22nd, more than a month later. The diagnostic visit cost €87.12. The technician diagnosed a problem with the latch on a small door inside the washing machine door, a feature of this model. The technician warned me that the repair would be expensive because the entire door would need to be replaced, as the latch wasn't sold separately, and that it wouldn't be worth it. Although they have relatively limited appointment availability and it took them a little while to arrive, we are very satisfied with the repair and the advice given to us by Víctor, the technician who came to our home. He fixed the problem and also provided us with very useful information and tips. We are very happy with his work.

Although it took a week for them to send a technician for our washing machine, which was still under warranty, we were incredibly lucky with the one we got. Victor was very kind and had amazing patience fixing the problem, as the bottom cover was impossible to remove and he had to work through a very small hatch, almost blindly.
