I haven't had a good experience. At first, it was fine, the air conditioner worked well. But after a year, it stopped heating. I called the number, and the man always had some excuse. In the end, they were just stalling, telling me they were going to look for the invoice, that they were going to send a technician, all to buy time so the warranty wouldn't cover it. Now he doesn't even answer the phone.

They're crooks! They installed an air conditioner for me, and after a while it started malfunctioning. We called and they didn't answer, and when they did, they said they'd call back, but to this day we're still calling and they still haven't answered. They just want your money, that's it.

I personally have a horrible experience. I hired their services and I'm not happy with them. I gave money to an employee they sent me. He spends the money and then tells me he's washing his hands, that he's not responsible, and he billed me like no one knows what work he did, what each item costs, or anything. A huge amount of money with no justification. When I complained, he blocked me. So I don't recommend them at all. It was a pretty bad experience. In fact, I've had to take action. You'll get the complaints I've filed. There's a key that doesn't even work. I'll get negative reviews, like
