During my 4000 km around Iberian Peninsula my Tracer 9GT showed an engine check error. One of staff guys spoke perfect English, I was given help immediately I could wait and have a coffee around the corner. Worksop did necessary tests I was informed about results and could continue my journey! A professional, nice and quick help! Thank you!

Just had the best service possible. Had to buy a new Givi top box as our broke on the way down to the MotoGP at Jerez. Called in on the off chance they could help, they had a full range to choose from, and the lad that help me (son of the father and son from the accessories dept) couldn't do enough, it was brilliant. Well done, keep it up 👍

A nice display of motorcycles, and a wide range of helmets and clothing. The staff is helpful and offers great service. definately the place I'd go again next time I need something for my motorcycle unless I order it online. After trying several helmets finding the right one, they asked to measure and make sure the helmet was the correct size, and cleaned and prepared it before handing it over. The only wish I have is that some of the employees learn English to make communication easier for us that still learn Spanish but don't know it well enough for it to be useful just yet.
