From the first contact, they scheduled an appointment for a technician to come and check the installation and gave me some tips to try. They were always very helpful. Since I couldn't resolve the issue, the technician came the next day. He was a very nice guy named Manuel, who quickly fixed the problem and patiently helped me connect the control app, which was having some issues. Very satisfied with the service.
