I met this woodworker about 2 years ago and since then I have continued to commission him every new piece of furniture for my apartment. Santi is an old-school wood artist who loves his work and manages to create unique pieces. Moreover, prices are reasonable considering the quality of his work. To have a piece of furniture made by hand by such a craftsman in which you have been involved, if only in a small way, from it’s inception to the point where it is completed and you take it home is very different to buying a piece of furniture in a shop which you may throw away after a few years and of which you are simply a consumer.
