It's not that he's not a good professional, it's that he's downright incompetent. He measures poorly, executes poorly, and the end result is a disaster. I imagine many of the positive reviews are from friends/family, but I'm convinced that if you hire him, you'll know as soon as you see him that you've made a mistake. An absolute DISASTER.

Be careful about paying him in advance...

Highly recommended company. They are friendly, completed the work quickly, did a perfect job, and stayed within budget. It's great to find such good professionals.

I'd give them fewer stars if there weren't any. They're a couple with very bad intentions; he's completely out of touch, and she's the one taking advantage. Unfortunately, I was their employee for two months, doing jobs for him while he was at home in his underwear, claiming he did them himself. To top it all off, after treating him well and earning a pittance, he fires me for missing work?! Ask all the clients I've had of theirs these past two months who's who. I can imagine who the 4.9 stars belong to. FUTURE CLIENTS, BEWARE. And I hope things go "well" for you.
