House renovation in Valderredible (Cantabria) and at full speed! We finally got around to a complete renovation of our second home in a small village in Valderredible (southern Cantabria). Nice people, but incredibly sloppy at work. Even an amateur could do a better job. The finishing touches are terribly done: doors that rub against the frames when they close, the floor is uneven with loose, raised boards, frames and baseboards poorly installed and patched up with filler, walls and ceilings painted hastily and poorly with visible patches, etc., etc. They change the initial plan on the fly to suit their needs, to finish faster and make things easier for themselves.
