The workers arrived on time. They worked efficiently and left everything tidy when they left. In approximately 4 hours, the bathtub was removed and a shower with a screen and all the necessary details was installed. I highly recommend them.

I went to inquire, and the person who helped me was incredibly rude. Things can be said in a normal, polite tone. It's not our fault that you're unfulfilled at work, that it's Friday afternoon, that you're overworked, or that you're unhappy with your personal life. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. You've lost a customer, as the price was right for me, and you've gained future negative reviews.

Everything was great. Raúl, the person who comes to your home, guides you and helps you make the best decision. The two workers they sent to replace the bathtub with a shower (punctual, professional, they covered the entire floor from the entrance to the bathroom) had to work, so I left them the keys to finish. When I got home, I was amazed at how clean everything was. I found my house just as it was before the work. Thank you.
