It's happened to us too, and after insisting, they finally answered the phone. They deleted all the data. They were very kind because it's awful to have someone come along and destroy all your work.

A series of unfortunate circumstances have caused a lot of anxiety for many of us. Due to circumstances beyond Digival's control, their servers have been affected, and many companies have been left without their contracted services. It's been a difficult few days, but I know that Digival's technicians are doing everything humanly possible to restore normal service.
