This company pressured us into accepting a €6000 quote when it doesn't even cost €2000. They asked for €1700 upfront, and when we complained about the outrageous price, they penalized us with €340 on top of the €300 they charged us for adding a little cement to a drain and leaving it leaking. They're shameless!

Absolutely appalling! Don't even think about calling them. Be wary of anyone who tries to unclog a drain without assessing the problem. When you call them the next day because the blockage is still there, they charge you for the camera. And they tell you the blockage is due to a different problem and try to charge you again. Luckily, I called a competent builder because the location they said the drain cover was in the wrong place. If I had kept paying them, they would have torn up my entire patio. My experience wasn't good because they couldn't fix the blockage. They also failed to honor their own commitment to inspect the pipes with a camera. Furthermore, the first technicians who came couldn't even fix a valve in the siphon, and I had to pay for that separately, including VAT. I'm still waiting for the invoice. Personally, I have no complaints; it was excellent. Professionally, however, it was very poor.
