Very professional. They managed to unclog my sink, and they didn't give up until it was working perfectly. Other companies left it half-finished, and the plumbers couldn't get it done. They came first thing in the morning and unblocked it a bit (a one-hour job), just like other professionals had done, but I told them it wasn't ready yet, and they came back again (they had other emergencies) in the afternoon and left it perfect. Highly recommended.

We'll never call them again; they scammed me. They came, squirted water under pressure through the septic tank pipe, and nothing happened. They took apart my toilet, and still nothing; it was all full of filth. They didn't fix anything. They charged me 179 euros without resolving a single issue. Two people who just put on a show to get money out of me. I had to call another company that actually knew what they were doing, and there was only one person who could teach the inexperienced guys from Torregrosa a lesson.

The workers are top-notch, but the company leaves something to be desired. Before dismantling anything, they should inform the owner how it will be left, regardless of their responsibility, so they can decide whether or not to have it dismantled, knowing that they won't be able to leave it reassembled.

They're completely unprofessional. They schedule repair appointments and then don't show up or even call to cancel. This hasn't happened to me just once; I've had a repair scheduled for two months ago. If they're incapable of running a business... they should find another line of work and stop messing around.
