They were given a warning on May 5th. After numerous calls, they were scheduled to come on September 22nd. They didn't show up, they didn't notify us, and we called several times to complain. They promised to return the call, but they never did. At the end of August, they were notified of flooding in garages and storage rooms with water above ankle height on three floors. They arrived several hours later with a tiny motor pump. On Sunday the 7th, the kitchen flooded... a problem with the community's plumbing. Today, Wednesday the 10th, it's still not fixed. The problem is with the main plumbing. As a solution, they installed an external pipe under the kitchen floor that runs to the terrace and along the facade to drain the water. TODAY IS THURSDAY THE 11TH AND NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. Today, Friday the 12th, still nothing has been resolved.

The operators Kike and Asis professionally resolved a jam and treated me very well. I was very satisfied with the service.

I called about a problem, which turned out to be a sewage blockage that had caused a manhole cover to come loose, and a team, Kike and Asis, arrived in less than half an hour. They unblocked it, cleaned it, checked it with a camera, and finished by closing the cover very professionally. With all due respect, they are the best, truly excellent.
