I called them for a drain cleaning, they told me they were coming and to message them on WhatsApp, but they didn't respond. I called more than 10 times and they didn't answer, or at least they could have told me they weren't coming. I waited for 3 hours and kept calling, and nothing. I don't recommend them, and the reviews they have must be from colleagues because it's not normal for them to treat a customer like that.

Very professional, whenever I have a problem at home with a blockage I don't hesitate to call them, I also had a broken tap and they fixed it for me on the spot.
