We had a blocked drain for four days. We called and the technician, Francis, was very helpful. He did a great job quickly and gave me advice on pipe maintenance. I also appreciated being informed of the price upfront. 100% recommended.

A couple of days later, there seemed to be another problem (apparently unrelated to the previous repair), and as soon as I called, they sent someone back to check it.
