I'm forced to give them one star; if it were up to me, I'd give them a zero. The service and professionalism leave much to be desired. We agreed on a job and the result was very different. Terrible company.

Excellent service, polite and efficient. We scheduled the painting of the common areas of the complex, and on the appointed day, they started everything, adapting to changes and/or things that needed touching up. Zero problems and we are very happy with the result; both myself and several neighbors will now use them as a reference for future projects.

They don't do a bad job, but they still have a lot of room for improvement. Mainly, their time estimates; they took twice as long as agreed. They're only moderately careful with things; they broke two wall lights and tried to make sure I didn't notice. The paint job isn't bad, but there are areas where it seems like they rushed it and didn't do a perfect job, showing the old paint underneath. I was recommended by a friend who had had excellent work done on his flooring. I wanted to have the inside of my front door paneled white, but I thought it would be complicated because of the type of lock and security features. He recommended painting it along with the rest of the door. They know their products, and the quality is very good. The price is reasonable, and they don't try to pull any tricks. In my case, the work stayed within the initial budget, which is great when you don't get any surprises with this type of service. I recommend them.
