I bought two shower screens two and a half months ago, and I've been chasing them for almost two months to get them to come and look at why water was leaking from one of them every time we showered, and why it was ruining my parquet floor. Water was leaking from two sides of the screen; my husband managed to fix one by moving and adjusting the profile, but I had to spend money on silicone for the other. Every time I called the company, their response was always the same: "I've already passed the message on to the installer." Terrible after-sales service.
