Diana undertook a thorough check of a Midea unit that had never worked properly since installation. She identified a faulty control panel and a broken valve and ordered the relevant replacement parts. Diana was pleasant and helpful. It's a huge shame that the original supplier, which was not Davofrio, had not found these problems despite being advised multiple times that the machine was not functioning.

Jorge and his assistant performed a cleaning and maintenance of the Panasonic inverter system in our recently purchased flat. They were professional, punctual, clean and provided a good explanation of our new system and suggestions for improvement. The office was prompt and easy to work with for the scheduling of the visit. Based on this visit, we recommend Davofrio and Jorge for this type of work.

The company employee arrived onsite with good punctuality, despite having a long distance to travel to make it onsite. Arrived in a clean professionally sign written van. Company uniform. Amazing language skills. Conducted his work thoroughly and professionally. Then upon completion communicated his findings both verbally and through a technical engineers report digitally. Gave a fairly priced bill, including a discounted rate. This followed promptly with contact via head office. Look forward to working with the company again due to their high level of professionalism and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. M
