I would never buy anything from this dealership again. It's completely unprofessional. We bought and paid for a demonstrator vehicle at the agreed price with a purchase contract. Shortly before pickup, the dealership demanded an additional €1,000, allegedly due to an error and because the managing director hadn't approved the sale. The money had already been transferred, the vehicle was ready for pickup, and the contract was legally binding. This review has a first part (October/November 2025) and a little further down, the second part (February 2026). (October/November 2025) Unfortunately, in my case, I cannot recommend this dealership/workshop. Initially, everything seemed fine and everything was great; the sales service was excellent. I went there the same day and the next day I was signing everything (maybe my mistake was not going somewhere else and comparing prices a bit more). Very satisfied with the service I received. I decided to buy a 125cc motorcycle, and on the same day I visited the dealership, we arranged everything and received it a few days later. The service from the salesman, Daniel, both during the purchase process and after-sales support, was excellent. He was particularly friendly and knowledgeable. If things continue as they are, I'm sure I'll trust him again when I want to trade in my 125cc for something with more power.

Although I was already familiar with the brand, I decided to upgrade to the SYM TL 508 and I'm very happy with the purchase. I'm especially grateful to the Danara team and particularly to Dani, who advised me throughout the entire process and paperwork from the very beginning. To anyone looking to upgrade to a motorcycle that's suitable for both city and highway riding, I recommend you go and talk to Dani. He'll advise you and let you test ride his demo bike so you can make sure you're happy with it.
