Fast, friendly, and professional. My Mercedes wouldn't start, and they correctly diagnosed the battery problem over the phone, unlike other garages I called who gave me various and worse diagnoses. At Cueto Motor, they told me to bring it in whenever I wanted, and the next day it was there with a tow truck. They replaced the battery and checked that the electronic systems were working properly in less than an hour—a real pleasure.

My Mercedes W203 C180 had a problem with its climate control system. After visiting several garages and not being able to find the cause, I was advised to take it to this garage, and it was truly the best decision I could have made. They identified the problem the same day and repaired it as soon as the part arrived. In my opinion, their customer communication is excellent; they keep you fully informed. In addition to their professionalism, if they give you an appointment for a certain day, they get to work on the car that very day.
