The most disastrous service I've ever received. I contacted Mapfre to have a window installed, which I had removed myself to repair. A man came to inspect it and gave me a quote (60 euros excluding VAT), telling me that two company workers would come the next day to install it. Well, they proceeded to install it and fitted it at the bottom, then hauled it up (literally), cracking the aluminum frame as you can see in the photos (a complete botch job). In all my time with MAPFRE, I haven't had a bigger botcher. They damaged a partition, and we've been trying to fix it for a year. They're not trustworthy; they don't know how to do their job properly. I don't recommend them at all.
