We contacted them to enclose an attic with panes of glass. The result has been spectacular; it looks fantastic. José was very kind, always trying to make things easier, and even fixed a few things that were missing. I ordered two more panes of glass for some areas, and they were installed within a week. 100% recommended! Thank you for everything.

I ordered a mirror, and despite being told they would notify me, I had to call myself to find out it would take another couple of days. I picked up the mirror, and besides the glass being extremely thin, the hardware from the hanging hardware was clearly visible. I returned it, and they replaced it without any problem. This time, it's the correct thickness, and I hope the silicone mark isn't noticeable. I'm giving it two stars because of the number of times I had to go back and forth to get it sorted. I don't live nearby.

Beware! If you're looking for professional, quality service, I recommend NOT using this business. My experience has been, to say the least, lamentable. The service isn't just poor, it's TERRIBLE. The management and customer service leave a lot to be desired. First, they changed the previously agreed-upon price for a beveled glass that also took OVER A MONTH to be completed. Later, when I brought the same glass in for a simple reduction, they made me wait THREE WEEKS for work that shouldn't have taken more than a few minutes.
