Our experience with CristalBox was very negative, and frankly, we wouldn't recommend this workshop to anyone. We went to have our windshield replaced through our insurance company. The replacement itself didn't take long, but the real problems started when we went to pick up the car. As soon as we opened the door, the interior of the vehicle smelled strongly of tobacco, which is completely unacceptable. We noticed several employees smoking inside the premises, and we wouldn't be surprised if they were even smoking inside the cars while working on and replacing the windshields. We are non-smoke

We received exceptional service from the entire team, especially Claudio. They provided a quick and appropriate solution to our emergency with the car's windshield.

Good service and quite fast and efficient. The price was more than reasonable for my car: windshield, trim, paint, and labor - €280. They could have been a bit cleaner while working. I found quite a bit of the black adhesive they use to glue the windshields to the hood, which made it very difficult to remove.

EXCELLENT. For just a little more than a junkyard would charge for a car windshield, they offered me a new windshield with installation included. They gave me an urgent appointment for the very next day so I wouldn't have to leave my car on the street. I took it in, and in barely half an hour (the time it took me to have a coffee at the bar across the street) they did everything. They even cleaned the glass fragments inside the metal frame. And the service couldn't have been friendlier or more attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The definition of good, nice, and cheap.
