I visited the office to arrange a technical visit for a new instalation, they booked the date and said they would Whatsapp the time. Later they asked what the problem was with the clim units ?Again I said it was a new instalation,again I received another message asking the same question. On the day the visit was booked for I contacted them and asked what time the engineer would be coming. The reply I got was because we have to give a quote, they did not know when that would be. I contacted them 3 times asking if the engineer was going to visit today, I GOT NO REPLY. I decided to visit the off

They helped me very kindly on December 25th (Christmas Day) and solved a problem I was having with my heating. I recommend their services.

He came to activate my boiler, and even though I didn't have an appointment, he came and activated it. He explained everything very well, very professional, and I had a very good experience with the technician I got 😊😊

I called in May 2024 to have a Wi-Fi adapter installed for my central air conditioning. They told me they would call me back to schedule an appointment. In June, I called again for the same reason, as I hadn't received any call from them. The response was that their colleagues were on vacation and only the technician was available.
