Very happy with these guys. Within 24 hours of contacting them on WhatsApp the new aircon was up and running. Excellent communication, good price, on time, clean work. They reused the existing copper lines, gave them nice new insulation and put in new drains. No mess, quick installation, all good. friendly guys.

The Coolfy Clima team just installed several air conditioning units in my house. They were all incredibly professional and friendly, especially the installers and Ana (who meticulously handled all the follow-up and sent invoices, etc.). It was quite a complex job, including a high-rise installation that required a lot of skill... and they truly rose to the occasion! I'm very happy with the final result!

We had to replace our air conditioner somewhat urgently due to a previous problem with our wall. We had a burst pipe, which meant a bricklayer, painter, etc., had to come through our house, and in that chaos, they had to install a new unit. Samir managed everything very efficiently (he was incredibly polite and willing to help us as much as possible, adapting to our schedules), and they came in two shifts: first to remove the old unit and let the bricklayers work, and then another day to install the new one. This place is a complete disaster. They make it seem like they have good installers and good service, but in the end, they do whatever they want. We're still waiting for them to tell us if they'll replace the air conditioning unit that they themselves broke—the installer didn't know how to install it and completely wrecked it. Specialists from Mitsubishi came and determined that it was the installer's fault. Now they don't answer the phone.
