10/10 I requested a complete electrical rewiring of the house, leveling of the floor and installation of vinyl flooring, replacement of the flooring in the kitchen and balcony, lowering of ceilings to install spotlights in the hallway and kitchen, and plastering and painting of the walls. Everything was excellent, they were quick and responsible, I highly recommend them. I've attached some photos.

I live in Cantabria and José Carlos was recommended to me for the bathroom renovation in our house, and we are very happy with the result. September 28, 2024 - Saturday, mid-afternoon. José Carlos came to my home for an emergency electrical panel repair. He was professional, friendly, and approachable. His work was clean and impeccable. 100% recommended.

He did a fantastic job renovating my home. He's someone who truly listens to what the client wants, and his ideas for improvement were excellent. Without a doubt, great work.

The work done was terrible. In a brand new house, they splattered all the woodwork while painting, the furniture lacquering was a botched job, the electricity throughout the house flickers, and the plumbing doesn't work. I've included before (top photo) and after photos; the floor is so bad even a floor sander couldn't repair it. When I requested repairs, they didn't answer the phone. I paid 90% of the work upfront, so of course I stopped paying the last invoice due to the cost I incurred to repair their work. I absolutely do not recommend hiring them under any circumstances.
