Installing a blind bolt in the engine oil line of my Suzuki LTZ400, which this good man changed the oil on. Three hours of use later, the cylinder head and camshafts broke due to lack of lubrication. Here's a sample photo. Thanks for causing me a breakdown of over €1,600. Good mechanic.

More than fixing what they do is ruin what you have and then they don't want to take responsibility for the breakdowns they cause there, because going to do maintenance and having the engine break down because it doesn't get enough oil, according to them, being experts in those types of engines, at the end of the day the one who suffers is the customer who takes their vehicle there for an oil change and ends up with a broken engine. A clutch screw came loose, a 15-minute breakdown, and they were unable to fix it even though I'm a customer. They wanted to schedule an appointment for 20 days from now. Many thanks to the secretary for her overflowing friendliness and kindness. I'm not kidding...
