The customer success team was solid and was able to help us in every step of the way. I wish there could have been more flexibility with regards to their pricing strategy. As a Canadian company collaborating with Europe the exchange rates can be expensive.

Completely unprofessional! It's impossible to schedule an appointment with them, and when you finally manage to, they leave you hanging without a word. I imagine almost all the reviews are fake because their disorganization and chaos are appalling.
