The materials are good, and the salespeople are friendly and helpful. But the installer was a disaster. He left all the cardboard boxes at the construction site for days until we had to bring them down ourselves, and he left us without doors for a week because he wouldn't come back, despite our repeated requests, to trim and install them. I had to hire another carpenter. People who work sloppily are the worst, and being left without doors is a real nuisance for a home.
