It's a disgrace. They tell you they'll give you a quote and then ignore you for 20 calls. You call another number and they tell you they're swamped.

From the initial customer service when we contacted them for a quote and to contract their services, to the work of the technicians, everything was excellent during the installation of two air conditioners in our home. They were punctual, friendly, and most importantly, the work and subsequent cleanup were flawless. We will definitely recommend this company and their services and will keep them in mind for future projects we undertake in our home.

There are so many things I have to mention in this review that I don't even know where to begin. The installation was scheduled for Wednesday of the week, and half an hour before, they called to reschedule it for the following day, Thursday. On Thursday, they called me again 15 minutes before to say their car had broken down and rescheduled the appointment for Saturday.
