I requested a quote and the response was incredibly fast. They also came to my home very quickly to carry out the installation. Their professionalism and friendliness were exceptional throughout. I called to schedule an appointment, just to have an air conditioner removed. A week has passed since my call, and I still haven't received an appointment. I sent a polite WhatsApp message requesting the appointment and pointing out their lack of interest. The guy took it terribly, refused to schedule me, and spoke to me in a dismissive and arrogant manner. Rude, completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and a huge waste of time and energy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Very professional and friendly. They arrived quickly to assess a problem, and when it couldn't be fixed, I had a new air conditioner installed within 24 hours. They were very punctual and provided me with all sorts of helpful information about the new installation and the problem with my old unit. Highly recommended.
