Very happy with the service. From the initial phone call to the boiler installation, only 24 hours passed. The technicians, Nabil and Karim, are true professionals. The price of the Ariston boiler with installation was 30-40% cheaper than with other suppliers. A pleasure working with this company and its team.

My main complaint is about the installation quality: exposed wiring, no warning about needing to bleed the radiators, subsequent drop in pressure, and no one ever coming to inspect the installation or explain how it worked. The boiler has been a weeks-long ordeal, and I finally had to call other people because I was without heating. They haven't taken responsibility for their own mistakes. It's a good boiler, and the boiler company's technicians came to inspect it, but Climatot didn't. Climatot refuses to take responsibility and has very limited staff.
