The technician was punctual, helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable in his field. Notably, the receptionists kept me on hold for four days. I called morning and afternoon for four days straight; they simply don't answer the phone in the afternoons. To top it all off, they didn't notify me when the technician was coming, so I, being out, made him wait for about 40 minutes. But I have to admit that he solved my problem in 20 minutes in a polite, professional, and helpful manner.

A complete disgrace, terrible service. I've had my boiler for a month waiting for them to come and set it up and configure the timer for the mobile app. I wouldn't recommend this company; they keep lying about the day they'll come.

Very happy with this company, and in particular with the technicians Manolo and Andrés, who did an excellent job installing one air conditioning unit and removing and relocating another. Both of them are highly professional.

They put water without antifreeze into our home's solar system (they told us they would add it before the cold weather arrived), and on an extremely cold day in winter, it stopped working (as was expected) and the panels had burst due to ice. They didn't take responsibility for the disaster and haven't responded to the matter. They've kept quiet for a response. I'm ready to sue them. I still have time.

I called to have the air conditioning in my house checked, and they told me yes, that a technician would contact me. Day after day I waited, and I called again to ask, and they told me exactly the same thing: that they couldn't come right now. It's a disgrace; it seems like they don't want to work. I tried to complain to the woman, and she said, "I can't do anything, that's just how it is," and hung up.
