My personal experience was very satisfactory; the service was very professional and they got straight to the point without beating around the bush. I'm waiting to have my Audi A3 repaired; I'll leave comments and photos soon.

The speed with which they work is impressive; they left my car looking great. I had it ready in two and a half days. The downside was that the quote they gave me was 1,100 euros plus VAT, verbal, not in writing. It was my mistake for not asking for it in writing. When I picked up the car, they charged me 1,500 euros. I haven't complained because they worked quickly, did a good job, and got me out of trouble. But I do feel they were abusive and overcharged me.
