They repaired a minor rear-end dent. The paint job was fine. However, they left the exhaust pipe trim loose; I've taken it back twice now and it's still loose. They should have replaced it with a new one, but they left me with the old, broken one. Very poor service. I contacted Genesis and it's even worse. They offer no solutions. Their customer service over the phone is a disgrace. South Americans hang up on me at the slightest sign of complaint. It's a nightmare.

I went in with a scratch on my bumper and they had it fixed in a day and a half. It looks brand new. They're very professional and reasonably priced, which is hard to find. They even washed my car! I definitely recommend them 😊
