This garage is a disaster!!! Never take your car there!!! I took it through Linea Directa and they refused to properly assess the damage, even though they had an express letter from the insurance company ordering them to do so. They said that unless I paid them €300 upfront, they wouldn't even take it apart just to assess the crossmember, which is something very easy to even photograph. The repair was delayed for almost a year. Then I took it to another garage and they did a complete assessment in one morning without any problems. I just picked up my car and I was surprised at how well they did it. Besides returning it clean, it looked brand new. They did an exceptional job. They are very friendly and professional. They repaired a couple of scratches without me even asking. Highly recommended!

It's great to know I have a reliable body shop I can call on whenever the need arises. The service is personal and friendly, and the quality of their work is unbeatable. I found them by chance because my insurance company sent me there to get a door repaired after someone forced it open. I ended up getting my whole car repainted, which had accumulated 11 years' worth of dents and scratches from parking in a garage or on the street. Now my car looks brand new again. They gave me a courtesy car (an Audi) and completed the entire job in about a week. I highly recommend them.
