Incredible service! We arrived completely clueless, planning to install a door ourselves. The guy in the workshop was fantastic, explaining absolutely everything we needed to do and preparing all the necessary materials. The price was quite reasonable compared to what we'd seen elsewhere. The woman in the office was quick, very clear, and efficient. A 10 out of 10. I now know exactly who to use for everything on my property.

Unprofessional! The girls in the office were completely incompetent. I called to request a quote, explaining what I wanted and sending them photos. I asked them to come and see it. They made me go to their premises to look at the materials and give me a quote. I left without a quote and barely having seen any materials because they had nothing there to show me. I've been waiting since April for them to come and give me a quote, and they haven't even called.
