I had my windows tinted 15 days ago, and as soon as they gave me back the car (I've tinted three windows), there were imperfections. I know what's normal and what isn't, so I told them, and they said it was normal, blah blah, we had to wait a few days, etc. Ten days later, it was the same. I took it back, and they "fixed" a few things, but the most visible damage is still there. According to them, it's perfect. So it's not the film's fault, but the fault of the incompetent person who happens to install it that day. And I'm still embarrassed to have to complain again. I don't recommend them, at
