This is a terrible repair shop. If you want your car fixed with drywall screws and pieces glued together with filler instead of using their proper supports, while your car sits in storage alongside other damaged vehicles on the street, this is the place for you. Very bad experience with the garage. The attitude was terrible; every time you call there's rudeness, shouting… they take ages to fix the car (1 month in my case), and on top of that, they hadn't checked that the windshield wasn't working after a collision that hit the entire front of the car, so at the last minute I had to wait again, and when I asked for emergency service, they shouted at me on the phone… there were other issues that made me distrust the garage, which I'd rather not mention.

I'm giving them one star because I can't give less, even though I'd like to because it's what they deserve. After two and a half weeks in the shop, they've left my van WORSE THAN WHEN I GOT IT. For them, a bodywork repair is just slapping filler on a piece of metal, returning it in terrible condition, with paint dripping everywhere and left to dry, so there are streaks and drips of paint hanging off. The inside of the van is shameful; they've smashed it to pieces to remove what they should have fixed, so it wouldn't be obvious that they DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY. This affects com

The mechanics don't seem to have the proper training: you take your car in for a breakdown and they return it with a different problem. Furthermore, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired: they are rude, harsh, and unprofessional. I had an incident with a young woman at the front desk, with curly hair, who spoke to me very rudely when I went to pick up a part for my partner.
