I can't give more stars because in May 2024 I contacted Arturo to repair a kitchen cabinet. He gave me a quote, I accepted, and one day he came to pick up the cabinet. Everything seemed to be going well until June, when we agreed he would finish it. I told him that since I was going on vacation, I wasn't in a big hurry and that he should take his time, as he was very busy. He never called me again until today (December). My experience has been requesting a quote, attaching photos of the area where the work needed to be done, and after more than a month and a few reminders, giving up because they didn't even bother to reply. Two months have passed, and despite reading the messages, I haven't received a single response. Would it be so difficult to simply reply and say whether or not they do the work? If they had said no on the first day, I would have found someone else. I've wasted a whole month this way. Luckily, I found a true professional who responded and completed the work in just four days.

Arturo was a true professional, installing the flooring in our house (150m2), the doors, and the kitchen. I must say the kitchen was a bit tricky to design, but together with my wife, and after several meetings to work within our budget and adapt to our tastes and space, he managed to fit the design into our budget and created a beautiful kitchen. Everyone who visits raves about it. Highly recommended.
