4 stars: The product is of excellent quality and design. Highly recommended. Why not 5 stars? For installation, there's only a generic video on their website (other companies offer the same video), which doesn't cover all the necessary steps, plus there are some minor scratches on the door window. On the other hand, technical support was quick to respond. I suggest adding a simple manual to the package, similar to what IKEA does.
