Very dissatisfied. The bathroom tile fell off in less than five years. I've been waiting for six months for them to come and assess the damage. Their responses to my repeated calls and emails are always excuses that they can't come.

The professionals they work with are top-notch (both the bricklayer and the plumber). I especially want to mention the bricklayer, Santi. He does his work meticulously and as cleanly as possible under the circumstances. Their prices are reasonable and offer excellent value for money.
