I thought they sold individual components, and although I wasn't able to resolve the issue, they ultimately helped me in every way they could. They were patient, honest, and polite. If I ever need to install a new boiler, I would definitely choose them again.

We requested a quote for an air conditioner and were given an appointment to come to our house today at 4:00 PM, but they didn't show up. We called to find out what was wrong and they told us it was a computer error. We asked if they would do the channeling themselves, since obviously we didn't want a pipe running down the middle of the bedroom wall, and they told us that if we wanted, we could do it ourselves, as they don't do that kind of work and gas pipes can't be concealed inside the wall. So they simply canceled the appointment and hung up on us. Very unprofessional.
