You can't call someone a professional if they're not! On the day of the installation, the workers were all laughing. Once they finished their job, they left, and it took them a year to come back and fix what they had done wrong. They came back after a year to fix the leak and told us it was already fixed. My biggest surprise is that after having the parquet flooring replaced for the second time because of the leaks… it's leaking again!
