I took an old computer in to update some drivers, and after two weeks they hadn't done anything. They didn't contact me at all during those two weeks, and I had to go to the store twice for nothing. I wouldn't go back even to get my phone repaired.

I'm a senior citizen and I had a fantastic experience at C-System Informática in Santander. The team was very polite and professional: they listened to my problem, explained the possible solutions in simple terms, provided a transparent quote, and met the promised deadline. The repair was excellent and the price was reasonable. Furthermore, they maintained perfect communication throughout the entire process. It's wonderful to find a service like this: friendly, honest, and efficient. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience. I bought an adapter after the clerk assured me it would work for my 3.5" HDD. I took it home, and it didn't work at all. When I returned to the store to complain, after testing it, they said "it did work." Just when I was there, I asked them to check it out (to verify it worked), and it magically stopped working. When I tried to return it, they started evasive, and only after much insistence did they agree to refund my money. Unprofessional treatment, zero empathy, and zero commercial responsibility. I do not recommend this establishment at all.
