My experience was very negative. The customer service left much to be desired... little attention, curt responses, and a feeling that they were doing me a favor rather than providing a service. Furthermore, there was little involvement and ZERO desire to resolve the problems that arose. I left with the impression that the priority wasn't the customer, but rather finishing quickly and by any means necessary. And above all, getting paid!! Which wasn't cheap... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AT ALL!

From the old family apartment (1958) with its coal stove and obvious signs of age, to a completely renovated home that feels brand new and is a joy to move into.
