Terrible experience. We hired David to help us reach an agreement before we were sued. He did absolutely nothing but collect our fees... zero interest, zero empathy, impossible to talk to. He was always busy, always at the university, or so the secretaries told us. Because he didn't do his job, a year later we received the lawsuit and went back to him, only to be met with complete disinterest and incompetence once again. We had to hire another lawyer who reached an agreement and resolved the problem in two days. Beware, there are much better options. You don't play around with legal matters.
