As far as patents are concerned, they were terrible. I inquired about having a patent application processed for me. They told me they had to consult with the person in charge of those types of records, named Juan. They confirmed this, took my money, and had no idea what they were supposed to do. They did nothing, and I never got my money back. They almost caused me to lose the patent I currently have granted and am in the process of applying for in another country, fortunately handled by other lawyers who are experts in the field.
