We did a work with them and was the worst experince ever. No attention to the detail, not finished the job and just using a guy that was learning to do the tasks. I will not recommend them.

Very disappointed with Balboa Media. I hired their services expecting to improve my business's online presence, but it's been the complete opposite. Since we started working with them, sales have dropped significantly. They've made mistakes that have caused us problems, and worst of all, they haven't offered solutions or taken responsibility. The website remains practically unchanged, with no visible improvements, despite their promise to optimize it. The lack of communication and commitment is alarming. Over €3,000 wasted. I absolutely would not recommend them.
