A gym was interested in the premises; we reached a very satisfactory agreement on the condition that we deliver it within a specific timeframe and with a new roof. We managed to deliver the premises within the agreed timeframe with the gym, without penalties, with a very good finish, and at the agreed price. In other words, NO SURPRISES.
